Cruise in style, rain or shine
The Lady Launceston was purpose-built for the Cataract Gorge — with unobstructed views of towering cliff faces, cascading waterfalls, and the lush bushland that lines Tasmania's most iconic waterway. Operating since 1996, Tamar River Cruises has carried hundreds of thousands of guests and earned a reputation as one of the state's premier tourism experiences.
Purpose-built in 2005 with sweeping 1890s-style lines, the Lady Launceston is the only vessel of her kind — equipped with a unique silent electric drive for whisper-quiet gorge cruising.
